Win4Bet Terms and Conditions of Use for Bettors

01Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Win4Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the sports betting and online entertainment platform operated by Win4Bet ("we", "our platform", or simply "Win4Bet"), available at win4bet.net and its subdomains.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by Win4Bet, you confirm that you have fully read and understood this document and agree to be legally bound by the rules set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use our services.

These Terms apply to all platform users, regardless of access type (desktop, mobile, or tablet) or service used (Sports Betting, crash games, Live Casino, slots, or any other). Supplementary documents such as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling are an integral part of this ruleset and should be read alongside these Terms.

02Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on the Win4Bet and use our services, you must meet all the requirements below. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in immediate account closure and retention of balances linked to irregular activity.

• Minimum age: Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may register. The Win4Bet carries out age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and does not tolerate the participation of minors under any circumstances.
• Residence: The service is intended for users located in Brazil. You are responsible for verifying whether the use of betting platforms is permitted in your place of residence.
• Valid CPF: Registration requires a valid Brazilian CPF in your own name. False information or use of a third party's details will result in immediate account cancellation.
• One account per person: Each user may hold only one active account on the Win4Bet. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be closed and balances may be held for review.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account details current at all times.
• Legal capacity: You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the platform's services.

Registration is free and can be completed directly on the Win4Bet from your phone or computer, with no download required. Once you fill in your details, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Your account is only fully activated after you confirm your email and complete the identity verification process (KYC), which may include submitting a photo ID and proof of residence.

03Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — secure, and for all activity that takes place on your account. The Win4Bet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at suporte@win4bet.net.

The Win4Bet recommends using strong passwords that are unique to this platform and enabling two-factor authentication where available. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own failure to protect their credentials.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. Using your account on behalf of a third party, selling, transferring, or assigning your account to anyone else, and sharing an account among family members beyond one account per CPF are all prohibited. The Win4Bet uses automated misuse detection systems and may request additional verification at any time.

04Deposits & Payments

The Win4Bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. Available options include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, although Win4Bet may request additional documentation for large deposits as part of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Pix deposits are credited to your account within seconds. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits follow standard banking clearance times, generally up to 1 business day.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method held exclusively in the name of the registered user.
• Deposits made by third parties — whether by mistake or intentionally — will be returned to the sender and may trigger an investigation into the user's account.
• The Win4Bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or payment method may apply its own fees in accordance with each institution's policies.
• Deposited funds become available for betting immediately after payment confirmation by the financial institution.

The Win4Bet operates exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$ / BRL). All transactions, balances, bets, and payments are processed in this currency. Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Win4Bet are processed exclusively via Pix to accounts held in the same name as the registered user. This ensures security for both the bettor and the financial integrity of the platform. The Win4Bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, digital wallets not linked to the user's CPF, or methods different from those used for the deposit where such restriction applies.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00.
• There is no maximum limit per withdrawal, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing via Pix takes up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• The Win4Bet does not charge any fees on withdrawals made through the platform.
• To process a withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification (KYC) and must not have any active bonus with a pending rollover, unless the bonus is voluntarily forfeited.
• The Win4Bet may place a hold on withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days when investigating suspicious activity, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

06Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on Win4Bet are subject to the general rules outlined in this document and to the specific rules for each sport and market, which can be consulted directly on the platform before confirming any bet.

• Irrevocable confirmation: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases where the Win4Bet offers a cancellation window within a limited period, as indicated on the platform.
• Suspended or cancelled events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are fully refunded. If it is suspended during play and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, pre-game bets are likewise refunded.
• Live betting: In live betting, odds can change at any moment up to bet confirmation. The Win4Bet uses odds acceptance technology with small permitted variations. Variations exceeding the defined limit will result in a new odds offer being presented to the user before confirmation.
• Odds errors: The Win4Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (system errors), even after confirmation. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full.
• Parlay bets: In parlay tickets, cancelling a selection may result in the ticket being recalculated according to each market's rules. The Win4Bet informs users of the specific behavior of each combo bet type before confirmation.
• Betting limits: The Win4Bet may set maximum bet limits per market, per event, or per user. These limits are displayed on the platform and may vary based on the bettor's profile and event type.

Betting markets are available across Brazil's top domestic and international competitions: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB (basketball), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and much more. Available markets vary by event and are displayed on the platform for each match.

07Bonuses & Promotions

The Win4Bet offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonus, free bets (freebets), and prize tournaments. The specific conditions for each promotion are detailed on the individual offer page and on the Promotions. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• Exclusive to new registrations making their first deposit.
• The bonus matches 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Automatically credited upon deposit confirmation. No promo code required.
• Rollover requirement: 5x the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus).
• Rollover completion deadline: 7 days from the date of the first deposit.
• Minimum odds eligible for rollover: 1.50 per selection.
• Rollover contribution: Sports Betting = 100%; Crash Games = 20%; Slots = 10%; Live Casino = 5%.
• Limit: one welcome bonus per CPF, email address, and device.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be cashed out directly — only after the rollover requirement has been met.
• The Win4Bet reserves the right to revoke bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as creating multiple accounts, hedging bets, or any strategy that goes against the spirit of the promotions.
• If a user requests a withdrawal before completing the rollover, the active bonus is automatically cancelled. The real-money balance (from the deposit) remains available.
• Promotions may be ended or modified at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account.
• Bets that are cancelled, refunded, or placed as hedging bets (opposing bets on the same event) do not count toward the rollover.

08Crash Games, Live Casino & Slots

• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. Win4Bet Win4Bet hosts these games, but the specific rules for each table (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and others) are set by the provider and displayed before each session begins.
• Slots: The return-to-player (RTP) rates for each slot are available in the game information. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).

Tools available on the platform:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account area. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Betting limits: Maximum bet amounts per session or per period can be configured.
• Temporary break: You can pause access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a pause, deposits, bets, and game access are not available.
• Permanent self-exclusion: For those who need a longer break, we offer permanent self-exclusion. This measure is irrevocable for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of the request.

11User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Use of the platform Win4Bet is subject to compliance with the conduct rules below. Violations may result in account suspension or closure, balance retention, and in more serious cases, notification of the relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account on the platform under any pretext.
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Placing hedging bets (opposing bets on the same event) for the sole purpose of accumulating bonus rollover.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or technical flaws in the platform for personal gain. Any identified issue must be reported to support immediately.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Abusive behavior, harassment, or offensive language directed at the Win4Bet.

12Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at suporte@win4bet.net. Before closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix once standard security checks are completed. Unused bonuses and bonus balances with a pending rollover will be cancelled with no refund.

The Win4Bet may also close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Request from a regulatory authority or court order.
• Extended inactivity (account with no activity for more than 12 months). In this case, the user will be notified in advance to reactivate the account or withdraw the available balance.

Accounts closed due to a Terms violation may have their balances held while the investigation is ongoing. If the violation is confirmed, amounts linked to the irregular activity may be forfeited. Balances unrelated to the irregularity will be returned once the review is complete.

13Limitation of Liability

The Win4Bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform's availability, stability, and security. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Losses from legitimate bets, regardless of the amount involved.
• Decisions made by the user based on information from third parties unaffiliated with Win4Bet.
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.

The Win4Bet does not provide financial or betting advice. All informational content available on the platform is purely illustrative and does not constitute an investment or betting recommendation.

14Changes to these Terms

The Win4Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or platform notification, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation.

The most up-to-date version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after new Terms come into effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
